We have the pleasure to invite you to submit abstracts for the Annual Congress of the Netherlands Society of Rehabilitation Medicine on November 1^st & 2^nd, 2012, Noorwijkerhout. Below you will find the online submission form.

General procedure
1.     All abstracts must be submitted before June 1^st , 2012 through the on-line submission form below.
2.     All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Netherlands Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.
3.     The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts either oral or poster presentation and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. The authors’ preference of the type of the presentation will be taken into account.
4.     Instructions for oral/ poster presentations will be sent to the presenting authors before the end of June 2012.

Instructions for preparing abstracts
1.    Abstracts must be presented in English with a maximum of 250 words.
2.    The file must be uploaded in Microsoft Word format.
3.    Click here to upload the required format.

Abstract submission
1.    Fill in the abstract submission form.
2.    The abstract must be uploaded in a Microsoft Word format.
3.    We will apply for European Accreditation therefore we ask all presenters to upload a short English Curriculum Vitae (CV). This CV should contain the following elements: education, professional experiences, publications.
4.    After submission you will receive a copy of your form on your own email address.
5.    If you apply for more than 1 abstract, you will receive a confirmation for each.
6.    If you do not receive this confirmation(s) within 1 day, please contact weco@revalidatiegeneeskunde.nl
7.    If you have difficulties with submitting the abstract, please contact weco@revalidatiegeneeskunde.nl
